Bellandor Fin Corp — Privacy Policy

When you use the NAOMI Research Hub or Bellandor terminal we record, to operate the service securely and meet our legal obligations:

• Session data — login and logout times, session duration, device type, browser and operating system.
• Approximate location — country, city and region derived from your IP address (for security and fraud detection only).
• Activity events — pages viewed, features used, searches and reports downloaded.
• NAOMI interactions — questions you ask NAOMI and the responses served to you.
• Feedback — thumbs up/down and any corrections you submit.

Security (detecting unauthorised access and new-device logins), legal and regulatory compliance (maintaining an audit trail of research content served, with disclaimers), and improving the accuracy and usefulness of NAOMI.

Your data is stored in an access-controlled PostgreSQL database. Credentials are never stored in plain text. Card details are never stored. Infrastructure is operated from Australia.

Only authorised Bellandor Fin Corp staff, for the purposes described above. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Approximate-location data is used internally for security only.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 you may request a copy of the data we hold about you and request its deletion.

• Access — download everything we hold about you from your account's My Data section, or via /api/user/my-data.
• Deletion — request anonymisation of your account from My Data → Delete my account, or via /api/user/delete-account.

We keep data only as long as needed or as required by law:

• Activity events — 1 year
• Session records — 2 years
• Security logs — 5 years (legal requirement)
• Financial / research-content records — 7 years (ASIC compliance)

On deletion we anonymise your behavioural data; security and financial-compliance records are retained for the periods above as required by law, with your identity detached.
